Responsibilities


Our Call Centre Agents are experts in building relationships with our customers, advising on all telephone betting products and have the ability to drive promotions with great enthusiasm.

You will be a vital part of our telephone betting team and be responsible for giving our customers the Coral experience by providing exceptional customer service at all times whilst understanding and complying with all Gambling Commission regulations.

This role includes processing customer bets for a number of events. In return you will receive a salary of £7.16 per hour, rising to £7.33 + Bonus + Benefits after you have completed your training and probation. You will be working 40 hours per week, which will be split over 5 days, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Working Hours (Shifts to cover the following operational hours): Monday - Friday = 9.15am - 10.45pm / Saturday = 8.00am - 10.45pm / Sunday = 9.45am - 10.45pm

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour


- Aged 18 or over

- Excellent communication skills

- Previous customer service experience

- A flexible approach to working hours (Essential)

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Contact Centre experience (Desirable)
