We are looking for sharp-minded people who have an excellent knowledge of and interest in horse and greyhound racing, with a good understanding of betting. Youll need to be at ease using the Internet and computer programmes such as Excel.

You will be an important part of a team providing a top class betting product and service for our customers. Your role will include:

" Assisting the trading team in making their events available for betting on the Internet and other betting platforms, such as telephone and mobile phone betting.

" Ensuring that results for betting events are entered quickly and accurately, with the aid of live video streaming and internet feeds.

" Working with our content team to ensure that the Ladbrokes website is presenting our betting opportunities in the best way, and in a format that can be easily translated to our international language sites.

We are constantly expanding our product service to include more betting opportunities for our customers, such as betting after the off and racing from all over the globe, so youll need to be sharp enough to stay on top of the action. An ability to stay focused and keep concentration under pressure is essential.

Youll also need to be flexible as youll be expected to work 5 days a week (35 hours), often including weekends and bank holidays, with the earliest shift starting at 8am and the latest finishing at midnight.
