Newbury Racecourse is embarking on a £300m mixed use redevelopment
project which will transform the venue, and is now seeking a well qualified
and talented accountant to manage the day to day finances of the
development on behalf of the Racecourse.
The role will involve commercial analysis and financial modelling and
candidates with experience of this, or of construction or engineering
projects gained either in a previous role or in practice, are likely to be of
particular interest.
