•Responsible for driving the business performance of all shops within that structure
•Ensure customer service excellence is provided by shop teams
•The leadership and management of all shop team employees
•Management of day to day operational duties within the shop structure utilising the Customer Service Manager role
•Ensuring clear communication, providing feedback and business recommendations to the Area
Management Team   
MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to fulfill the duties of a Marketplace Manager you will be required to work a minimum of 1 day per month in each shop you have responsibility for.

•Motivating others to achieve a shared vision, creating commitment through own credibility and drive. Focusing effort on the growth of self and others, encouraging feedback and on the job coaching.
Business Awareness & Profit Development:
•Monitor and drive KPIs, taking ownership of driving the profitability of all stores. Strategic understanding of the business/ market to manage costs and pursue revenues.
Managing Change & Innovation:
•Working effectively in an environment of change. Making adjustments to accommodate changing situations and responding positively to new demands or circumstances to achieve better results and innovations.
Communication & Influencing:
•Communicating effectively with others, in both oral and written communication. Success in winning commitment to an idea or action showing awareness of own impact and selecting the optimum approach to influence others.
Customer Focus:
•Building effective customer relationships using, customer feedback to understand needs and priorities of customer’s and meets their expectations (internal& external customers).

•Systematically identifying, analysing and solving issues and problems to reach optimal solutions in a timely manner within a framework of sound decision making.

•Focusing on the achievement of results, using a cycle of planning, doing and measuring/reviewing to ensure personal and team goals are achieved.
This role will operate in a Cluster shop and flexibility will be required to work within this shop structure to meet the needs of the business.

Our shop opening hours are between 9am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6.30pm on a Sunday.

In this role you will work 5 out of 7 days, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.

Please note you must be 18 years old or over to work in one of our shops.
