MAIN OBJECTIVES:
•Responsible for driving the business performance of all shops within that structure
•Ensure customer service excellence is provided by shop teams
•The leadership and management of all shop team employees
•Management of day to day operational duties within the shop structure utilising the Customer Service Manager role
•Ensuring clear communication, providing feedback and business recommendations to the Area
 
Management Team   
MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to fulfill the duties of a Marketplace Manager you will be required to work a minimum of 1 day per month in each shop you have responsibility for.

This role will operate in a Cluster shop and flexibility will be required to work within this shop structure to meet the needs of the business.

Our shop opening hours are between 9am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6.30pm on a Sunday.

In this role you will work 5 out of 7 days, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.

Please note you must be 18 years old or over to work in one of our shops.
