About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious and driven CRM professional looking to make their mark in the industry.

The Senior CRM Manager will lead a team of 2 and will have the overall responsibility for Ladbrokes & Coral's CRM strategy.
 
What will you be doing?
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will work very closely with teams around the globe, to ensure the planning and performance of all aspects of customer on-boarding, retention CRM to drive customer actives and engagement.
  • You will be the guardian of our customers voice, making sure its heard and is fed-back in to the business
  • You will act as the driver in ensuring the Ladbrokes and Coral wider marketing, omni and product teams work in partnership with CRM planning to develop effective strategic and tactical CRM led initiatives and communications programme through the sporting & machine calendar.
  • Development of a retention and yield driving comms and incentive strategy to the relevant customer groups (retail Grid and Connect customers), across sports and gaming products. This also includes a comms plan to promote the Grid and Connect offering and all journeys there-in.
  • Ensuring that all CRM copy and creative executions are tonally and visually aligned to the Ladbrokes and Coral Brand Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Yield team to gain relevant business intelligence on all activity – and to develop and utilise segmentation ensuring it is at the heart of the CRM strategy and using through all campaigns to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
  • Weekly trading meetings to contribute by sharing CRM results and plans to improve performance and align with strategic priorities.
  • Deliver the day to day planning and reporting of CRM ensuring it meets the business performance by leading weekly/monthly reporting on CRM performance to key stakeholders across the business
  • End to end management of Hospitality for Grid & Connect prize draws
What will you need for this role?
  • A proven track record of campaign and project management
  • Experience in CRM and all customer journeys in a digital and retail environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is ideal but not essential
  • Able to interpret data and drive business conclusions
  • Evidence of working in a complex environment with multiple, divergent stakeholder interests and proven experience of strong stakeholder management
