DAVID BOWEN, whose near-40 years in betting make him one of the veterans of the business, has joined the board of online operator 32Red as a non-executive director.

Bowen, 60, left Ladbrokes as development director in May last year.

32Red chief executive Ed Ware, who also worked for Ladbrokes, said: "David joins us at an exciting stage of our development. His substantial experience and knowledge of the gaming sector will be of great value to the company going forward.”
