Henbrey steps down from Probability board

05 December 2013

MOBILE gambling specialist Probability have announced that William Henbrey is to retire from his position as a non-executive director on the company's board.

Henbrey was appointed in September 2007 and during his time at Probability, whose clients include Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and William Hill, he chaired the audit committee and supported the management team in the preparation of accounts before the appointment in April of Qurban Hussain as full time chief financial officer.

Chief executive Charles Cohen said: "Bill has made a tremendous contribution to Probability and not just as a watchful eye over our financial administration or even in his role on the audit committee. He generously shared with us his contacts in the gaming industry worldwide, and was instrumental in enabling us to apply for and receive an operating licence in Gibraltar.

"Bill is held in high regard across the gaming world - not just operators, but advisors and regulators too. We are very privileged to have been able to work with him and wish him the very best for future years."
