Hills appointments

WILLIAM HILL have appointed Cem Miralay as director of change, reporting to chief executive James Henderson. 

Miralay joins Hills from Betsson and will initially work closely with managing director of online Crispin Nieboer.

Henderson said: “Cem will support the executive team in delivering to their strategic priorities and ensuring they are  aligned to our customer-centric values.”Hills have also appointed Simon Rust as group chief technology officer, reporting to chief information officer Kevin O’Connor. 

Hills also last week launched a£350 million corporate bond to institutional investors. They said the proceeds of the bonds, which will mature in 2023, will be used to refinance the company’s existing debt and for “general corporate purposes”
