Paul Lee Levy Board

PAUL LEE has been reappointed as chairman of the Levy Board for a further four years from October 1.

He was originally appointed to the role by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport in 2009, succeeding Rob Hughes who had been in the role for the previous 11 years.

Lee said: "I am privileged and fortunate to be working with such a talented team who will continue to make, I am sure, significant contributions to the health and prosperity of British racing, building on the platform that has been created over the last few years and enhancing strong relationships between racing and betting.

"I am particularly grateful to the minister, Hugh Robertson, for giving me the opportunity to continue in the role and look forward to working with him and his constructive officials at DCMS."
